4 Type and scope of processing personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can identify a person or be traced back to a person. This includes, for example, the name, the email address or the telephone number. Personal data also includes data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were visited by someone.
Personal data is generally only collected, used and passed on by us if this is permitted by law or the users consent to the data collection.

- Article 6 (1) (c) EU GDPR, insofar as we are subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations.
- Article 6 (1) (d) EU GDPR in the event that vital interests of you or another natural person require the processing of personal data.
- Article 6 (1) (f) EU GDPR applies on the basis of our legitimate interests, for example when using service providers in the context of order processing, such as shipping service providers, or to ensure the proper and secure operation of our offer.
6 Duration of storage and regular deletion of personal data
We process and store your personal data only for the period that is necessary to fulfill the storage purpose or if this was provided for in relevant laws or regulations. Your personal data will be deleted or blocked after the purpose has ceased to exist or have been fulfilled. In the case of blocking, the deletion takes place as soon as there are no legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, there is no reason to assume that deletion affects your interests worthy of protection and deletion does not cause disproportionate effort due to the special type of storage.
7 Collection of general access data and information, so-called server log files
The website operator (or his data center) collects data about access to the site and saves it as "Server log files". The website visited, date and time of access, the amount of data sent in bytes, success or failure of the page request, browser used (type and version), the operating system you are using, source / reference from where you came to the website (referrer), your IP address and your internet provider are saved.
The collection and storage of this data is required for the operation, security and optimization of the website as well as statistical evaluations. For this reason, the data is stored for a maximum of 7 days as a technical precaution.

The data passed on may only be used by the third parties for the purposes mentioned.
11 Job applications
In order to facilitate internal communication in the selection process, we process your personal data electronically as part of your application. The legal basis here is in particular the regulations of Art. 6 EU GDPR in connection with §26 BDSG-2018 (German Federal Data Protection law), where applicable. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. Also, a data transfer to third countries will not take plave. After completion of the respective selection process, your data will be deleted within six months.
12 Integration of services and content from third parties
It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps or fonts and graphics from other websites, are integrated into this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the user, since without this IP address they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We strive to only use content whose respective providers do not use the IP address for anything else but content delivery. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers save the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. If we have knowledge of such uses, we will inform the users about it.

13.2 Google Analytics
