This includes, for example, the name, the email address or the telephone number. Personal data also includes data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were visited by someone.

Personal data is generally only collected, used and passed on by us if this is permitted by law or the users consent to the data collection.

To protect your personal data, they are transmitted in encrypted form. For example, we have been using "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) for communication via your internet browser since May 25th, 2018 - recognizable by the lock symbol that your browser displays such an SSL connection.

In order to permanently guarantee the high level of protection of your personal data, we regularly check the technical security measures and adapt them, where necessary, to the respective state of the art.

These principles also apply to companies that process and use personal data on our behalf (so-called "data processors") and in accordance with our requirements.

- Establishment and implementation of contractual relationships

- Sales and marketing measures

- Article 6 (1) (a) EU GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations in which we obtain your consent for a specific processing purpose.

- Article 6 (1) (b) EU GDPR, insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a contract,

eg., when you purchase a product. The same applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, such as inquiries about our products or services.

- Article 6 (1) (c) EU GDPR, insofar as we are subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations.

- Article 6 (1) (d) EU GDPR in the event that vital interests of you or another natural person require the processing of personal data.

- Article 6 (1) (f) EU GDPR applies on the basis of our legitimate interests, for example when using service providers in the context of order processing, such as shipping service providers, or to ensure the proper and secure operation of our offer.

We process and store your personal data only for the period that is necessary to fulfill the storage purpose or if this was provided for in relevant laws or regulations. Your personal data will be deleted or blocked after the purpose has ceased to exist or have been fulfilled. In the case of blocking, the deletion takes place as soon as there are no legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, there is no reason to assume that deletion affects your interests worthy of protection and deletion does not cause disproportionate effort due to the special type of storage.
